RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Return Policy

We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping.  All Accessories, Bodysuits and purchases where a promotional/sale code is entered are deemed Final Sale. Final Sale items are No Returns, No Exchanges.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. If the order has not shipped a store credit will be issued to apply towards a new purchase.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. Once an order is placed, we do not combine orders and refund shipping.  

Clothing garments may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit to apply towards a new purchase or an exchange, No REFUNDS.  Store credits do not expire, they are valid until you use them. Garments must be unworn with tags attached.  ALL returns require a return authorization number.  Please email us at, orders@nikaoscrubsolutios.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.  A return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you. The return authorization number is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return beyond the 7 days it will not be accepted. ALL returns without a return authorization number will be refused. 

RMA Credit Codes ARE NOT combinable with any other purchasing/promotional codes.  RMA Codes are assigned per order and are not combinable.
